Terms of the free beta

What the service does

It researches a product idea, product or company from public sources and writes a report that links each finding to its source. It is free during the beta.

Each account may start 3 research runs per day. We may change that limit, or pause the service, while it is in beta.

What a report is not

A report is research, not legal, regulatory or investment advice. Patent findings are search results for a patent attorney to review, not an opinion on whether you may make or sell anything. Regulatory findings show which rules appear to apply; the agency or a testing lab decides.

Reports are written by AI models from the sources each run read. They can miss sources or misread them, which is why every claim links to where it came from. Check what you rely on.

Your content

You keep everything you submit. You let us process it to run your research, as the privacy page describes, and nothing more. Do not submit anything you are not allowed to share with the processors listed there.

Fair use

Do not try to get around the daily limit, overload the service, or use it to collect data at scale. We may close accounts that do.

No warranty

The beta is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Arthur Labs is not liable for decisions made on the strength of a report.
